Q: MY SHIRT HASN'T SHIPPED!??

A: Your shirt is probably a pre-order, all tee's have their estimated shipping dates displayed on the product page itself, and again on our helpful pre-orders page. You will receive an automatic response if you email our support team in regards to this.

 

Q: Is my shirt a pre-order? What is a pre-order?

A: Check the product page for your tee, where it is always stated whether or not an item is a pre-order. Alternatively you can refer to our helpful pre-order page, which lists every item currently on a pre-order, alongside its estimated shipping date.

The pre-order process is as follows: We open the pre-order and allow people to place their orders in their desired sizes. We then close the pre-order and get our printing team to make the tee's to our customers desired sizes, and in bulk. This allows us to keep the prices low, and ensures less popular sizes still get a chance. These tee's are then sent out to our customers, via their selected shipping method.

 

Q: Will the rest of my order be held if I have pre-ordered an item?

A: If you have ordered items that are currently in stock, they will be put aside for you, and held until your pre-ordered item arrives. The entire order will then be sent as a whole.

 

Q: I haven't ordered a shirt, when will my order ship?

A: Please allow 1-2 days processing time for your order to be picked and packed by our team, and an additional 2-5 business days for standard e-Parcel shipping, and 1-3 business days for Express e-Parcel shipping. For International orders please allow an additional 7-14 working days. 

If your order still hasn't arrived in an timely fashion, your order may contain a back-ordered item. Check the product pages for your items to see an estimated re-stocking date.
